Zumba Fitness  Chair Yoga Dance  like no one is watching This is 30 minutes of free style dance get some cardio while having fun to some great oldies but goodies Wednesdays 10:00am A great cardio workout to latin music "Exercise in Disguise" Great for the body, mind and spirit.

Space is limited, arrive early to guarantee a spot in class, we may refuse attendance if class is full. Fees are paid by venmo or cash to instructor upon arrival for class.
